Katherine Mills Johnson, D.Min. was born and raised in Oklahoma. She is a wife, mother, ecstatic grandmother of 3, author, teacher, and scuba-diver. Dr. Johnson was received into the Catholic Church in 2013 after 30 years as a Protestant missionary with Wycliffe Bible Translators. She is a Scripture teacher, writer, and consultant. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and her M.A.T.S. and D.Min. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Her doctoral research focused on lectio divina as a catalyst for spiritual growth. Katherine and her husband live in Dallas, Texas. Her heroes of the faith are St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila
